I already talked about the importance of series, traveling... now it's time to talk about accent.
I don't know about you guys, but when I see the word "accent", I suddenly remember the British one. Where I study and probably you all are used to, is listening the North American, especially from Manhattan, right? And that's beautiful! Some persons think that's weird, like they have a potato in their throat and yes, it really seems like, lol. But when you learn more about their culture, that London is the capital of classy men and weman, there is a Queen, that they preserve the old values and stuff, you will think that's a wonderful accent.
But theresn't only the British one, there is the Oklahoma (where they put the words all together), the California (where they have the O a little more grave), the Canadian (where they are famous for saying "eh" in the end of every phrase hahaha), the Australian (the most difficult in my opinion) and a lot more! You only have to pay attention and then you'll see
A curiosity of me is that I know how to speak in the British way because I watch Harry Potter since I was little, so sometimes is even easier for me to hear and talk in this accent, but I really enjoy to try doing the other ones. Try out you too!
I hope I'm not being annoying posting this huge texts here, but as I love the English language, I would like to rehearse my knowns. ^^
